CANCELLATION POLICY
Salone Trè Guest Policies Where artistry meets luxury. At Salone Trè, luxury is more than the service itself — it is the experience. To protect the quality of every appointment and ensure fairness to all guests, please review the policies below. ⸻ Booking & Appointment Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. • If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded or applied to your new appointment. • Cancellations made under 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • No-shows are also charged 100% of the service. • Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will be responsible for the cancellation fee. ⸻ The Luxury Experience Promise Every appointment includes intentional moments designed to elevate your visit: • Signature scalp massage • Warm towel therapy • Complimentary beverages Our goal is not only beautiful hair, but exceptional care. ⸻ Color Services & Product Transparency Each color service is customized to your unique hair needs. Service pricing reflects the average product usage. If additional product is required, your stylist will discuss this with you before beginning the service to ensure clarity and trust. ⸻ Consultations Every service begins with a personalized consultation to assess: • Hair goals • Texture • Lifestyle • Maintenance needs We create a tailored plan designed specifically for you. ⸻ Groupon Guests — Please Read Carefully We are pleased to welcome new guests through Groupon. To ensure a seamless luxury experience, please review the guidelines below: What Your Groupon Covers Your Groupon includes: • Your stylist’s time, expertise, and care • A set amount of color product, determined by the specific Groupon purchased If your desired look requires more color product than what is included, additional product will be charged separately. Your stylist will always discuss any additional product needs and related costs before beginning your service.
