CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Welcome to Salone Trè Where Haircare Meets Luxury, and Every Detail Matters. At Salone Trè, we believe luxury isn’t just a look — it’s a feeling. From the moment you book to the moment you leave, every detail is curated to make you feel seen, heard, and completely pampered. To maintain the highest standards of service, please review our guest guidelines below. ⸻ 💼 Booking & Appointment Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Appointments without a deposit will not be held. • We ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows are also subject to a 50% fee. • Please arrive on time. Your stylist will discuss your hair goals, texture, lifestyle, and desired look to create a tailored plan designed just for you. ⸻ 🛍 Groupon Guests – Please Read Carefully We are delighted to welcome new clients through Groupon. To ensure a seamless luxury experience: 💳 What’s Included: Your Groupon covers the stylist’s time, expertise, and care. Color product cost is not included and will be priced separately. 🕓 Booking Guidelines: • Groupon appointments are available Tuesday–Friday only • To redeem, book via DM or phone and provide your Groupon code at time of booking • Bookings through the website are not eligible for Groupon pricing • Vouchers are one-time use for first-time clients only ❌ Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance. I trained at Pivot Point Academy, where I learned the art of hair, but it was behind the chair that I discovered my purpose: curating experiences that help women feel like the most elevated version of themselves. Now, I specialize in dimensional color, luxury blowouts, and modern transformations that reflect who you are and where you’re going. My salon suite—Salone Tré—is designed to feel like a vibe: moody lighting, rich textures, soulful music, and a soft energy that allows you to fully relax, reset, and glow.
