Before booking, please take a moment to review our policies to ensure a seamless experience. 📍 General Salon Policies 1. Appointments & Cancellations • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments without a deposit will be canceled. • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service price. • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service price. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and you will need to call to reschedule. 2. Consultations • We believe in thorough, customized consultations to align with your hair goals. • Please communicate openly with your stylist to ensure the best results. 3. Service Policy • All services are final sale—our goal is your complete satisfaction during the appointment. • If you have concerns about your haircut or color, please contact us within 7 days of your service, and we will offer one complimentary adjustment if needed. 4. Additional Charges & Pricing Transparency • Service prices may vary based on hair length, density, texture, and complexity. • Any additional charges will be communicated before the service begins. 5. Every client enjoys a high-end, multi-sensory treatment that includes: ✔ Relaxing scalp massage to stimulate circulation and enhance hair health ✔ Warm towel therapy for deep relaxation ✔ Complimentary drinks & gourmet snacks for a VIP treatment 📍 Salon Location & Parking Salone Trè is located on the 3rd floor of the Nordstrom Mall inside Phenix Salon Suites. 📍 Discounted parking is available at: • 10 E Grand Ave • 430 N Rush St 💰 Parking costs range from $9 to $12. 📍 Vish Pricing Policy – Customized Color & Product Transparency At Salone Trè, we use Vish technology to ensure accurate, fair, and customized pricing for all color services. How Vish Works: ✔ Vish measures the exact amount of color, toner, and lightener used during your service. ✔ Your price is based on your hair’s unique needs, ensuring customized, flawless results while minimizing waste. ✔ If additional product is needed beyond the package allowance, Vish automatically calculates the additional cost at checkout. You will always be informed before additional product is applied. Package Pricing & Product Allowance Each color service includes a standard product allowance. If additional product is needed to achieve your desired look, Vish will track exact usage, and additional product cost will be calculated at checkout. Signature Retouch (Root Touch-Up) – Includes up to 60g of color The Radiance Gloss & Tone (Single Process Color) – Includes up to 90g of color The Soft Dimension (Partial Highlights) – Includes up to 90g of lightener & toner The Luminous Blonde (Full Highlights) – Includes up to 120g of lightener & toner The Effortless Blend (Balayage) – Includes up to 120g of lightener & toner The Bold Transformation (Vivid/Fashion Color) – Includes up to 150g of color & lightener The Luxe Color Reset (Color Correction) – Includes up to 180g of color/lightener If additional product is required, Vish will calculate the exact cost in real time at checkout based on actual usage. Groupon Policy We are excited to welcome new clients with our Groupon offers, but please note our policies to ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings. 1. What Your Groupon Covers: Your Groupon covers the stylist’s application time and expertise for your selected service. The cost of product (color, bleach, toner, etc.) is calculated separately using the Vish system and added to your total at checkout. 2. Groupon Redemption: • To redeem your Groupon, please provide the redemption code at the time of booking. • Groupon offers are one-time use and available for new clients only. 3. Groupon Cancellation Policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement • Groupon appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in your Groupon being redeemed. Price Agreement & Deposit Requirement • If a final price is agreed upon during consultation, a deposit must be placed through our online booking system to secure the appointment. • Failure to submit the deposit within 24 hours of the agreement will result in the appointment being forfeited.
