Appointments require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. By booking, you agree to these terms. All services are non-refundable once completed. However, client satisfaction is extremely important at Salone Trè. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we may review the concern and offer a service adjustment if appropriate. Adjustment services are determined at the discretion of the salon and do not include refunds. Deposit are non refundable, will be applied to another appointment date.
